4. Payments & Cancellations

• Final deliverables may be transferred to the client upon full payment where applicable.

7. Limitation of Liability

PJ Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Our maximum liability, under any circumstances, shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination
